SCHEDULE Your Visit NOW!!!!...Accepting appointments for those patients who received the FIRST vaccination from Heavenly Hands FMC. We anticipate the next shipment by February 4, 2021. The shortage of vaccines has impacted all physician offices within the Dallas Metroplex.
Vaccines will be administered ONLY to those patients who received the FISRT vaccination from Heavenly Hands FMC. All patients must bring the vaccination card issued at the time the 1st dose was administered. We prefer our patients to return to Heavenly Hands FMC however the 2nd dose may be administered by any healthcare provider you prefer.
